Första gången oss mötte gruppträningsinstruktören Maria Cajdert fanns på vår träningsresa till Mallorca. Där golvade hon såväl medlemmar som övriga ledare med coola rörelser som gjorde det omöjligt att stå still. Här bjuder hon på ett AfHo-pass inom tre delar, som du enkelt kan köra själv hemma.
AfHo existerar en gruppträningsklass skapad av den svenska träningsprofilen Åsa Fornander. Inspirationen fick hon som instruktör inom New York, när hon kände att hennes Afro-klasser började bli mer Tribal och House. startade hon därför en klass såsom kallades "Tribal House Party" vid gymkedjan Crunch i New York. Väl hemma i Sverige började hon presentera klassen på stora event. Och efter att äga utvärderat responsen kändes det helt rätt att lansera klassen såsom ett koncept och då tillsammans namnet AfHo – Afro House.
